Funny Side Up:
Boost Your Narratives With Humor
With Lauren LoGiudice
For misfits at every stage…
…WHO WANT TO GO FROM BORING TALES TO SIDE-SPLITTING SAGAS
This dynamic online class is a unique opportunity to learn how to inject humor into your written and performed stories, on stage or at the dinner table.
Welcoming all skill levels and experience.
You’ve lived a life.
And have tales to tell.
But how do you get people to listen?
With humor!
Now’s the time to make yourself heard!
I know what it’s like…
…to have a unique life experience, yet you’re unsure how to best impart it. This was me ten years ago, feeling like I wasn’t able to fully communicate. Being a relentless learner, I hit the road to study with some of the funniest people in the world, including at Groundlings, Second City, and at a clown school in France.
I used those tools to write an Amazon Kindle bestselling humor book, do standup at comedy clubs, and elevate my social media with my unique brand of heartwarming irreverent comedy. My intent is to bring you the essence of what I know in easy-to-use steps that you can use regardless of skill level. I will meet you where you’re at, because I know how important these stories are to you.

“This is the kind of teacher you want if you want to write comedy (or at least find ways to tease humor out of your latest obsession). I was baking up serious essays by day and wanted to use this class to leaven them with a little brightness. It worked. Lauren not only helped me find the sweet spot: being vulnerable and passionate while being funny, but also gave us exercises to jumpstart our thinking, inspire our comedy writing, and hone our delivery. She is compassionate but honest, astute and FUNNY! Even just listening in would have been worth it but you’ll be inspired to do the classwork too.”
