Get a THING in the MAIL: Annual Postcard is Here!

Digital messages are ten for a ton but mail, actual mail, in the mail, sent to you signifies effort.

This is why I send out a character postcard every year.

For one second it means that we’re connecting. It means I thought of you and want you to have this IRL thing. I put a stamp on it and put it in the mailbox. When it gets in your hands you physically interact with that moment.

My annual funny postcard is a socially distanced physical interaction!

My postcard-sending tradition started off as an annual Christmas card, then a New Years card, then I decided that we get enough attention during the holidays, so what about the rest of the year?

Now every 13 months I choose a holiday and simply say - hi. I’m thinking of you and wanted to give you a laugh.

This year: Annual Smoke & Mirrors Day.

Technically it’s for magicians, but as someone who now impersonates TWO Trumps (shoot me) it meant something different to me.

This year’s card is going to be simple and fun. Melania will star. Ivanka is pissed.
